At ICE´21 Suppliers can participate only as DIGITAL EXHIBITORS. Whether you are building ships or providing sails for them, you belong under the supplier sector. Insurance and leasing companies, as well as booking systems are also within the Supplier sector.

We know that these are challenging times for every Supplier. Our priority is to enable you to connect to Fleet Operators and Brokers in the framework that is acceptable in 2021.

If you want to stand out with your branding on ICE, select the ˝Graphics˝ item in the registration process and make your Booth unique! 
As soon as you do that, our Sales Manager will contact you with the detailed instructions.

If you already have a digital booth from ICE’20, there is no need to order the graphics package as your booth is already set up.

FAQ

Suppliers are shipyards, marinas, yacht equipment, booking systems/software, insurance, leasing and other suppliers that are selling their products to fleet operators or brokers.

You can choose between a Single, Double, Premium, and Premium Plus booth. After your online registration, our Sales Manager for Suppliers will present you available booth positions.

Yes, if you are an ICE’20 exhibitor and you want to exhibit again at ICE’21, you need to order a new booth in MyICE registration process. Our team will give you 50% discount on the booth. Graphics on your booth will stay the same. ICE team will upload new PDF brochures and videos if needed, free of charge.

Registration is available only through the online platform MyICE. After you submit your online registration form, you will receive the contract with the pro-forma invoice. You can always order new items and submit your registration again.

We suggest you take the graphics package. Digital booth has black walls with an ICE logo on them. If you take the graphics package, we can render your unique graphics to the walls of the booth, allowing you to have your own branding.

ICE’20 exhibitors do not need to order the graphics package as the booths are already set up with graphcis from November. If an ICE’20 exhibitor wants new graphics, they should order a new booth. Loylaty discount is not valid in this case. 

Registrations during the expo will not be possible. Registrations are available ONLY through the online platform for registrations, MyICE.

Please note there is a limited number of booths available in the digital halls. We recommend you register as soon as you can to ensure that your digital booth will be ready with unique rendered graphics.

Final day to make the registration and send graphics is April 5, 2021. After this date, no more booths will be available for sale. 

We offer extras such as graphics for the booths,  30 sec. video production, screen share option during video meetings, advertisement options in the Icebreaker magazine as well as marketing packages. All services that we offer can be found in the pricelist.

Designed graphic materials should be sent not later than April 5, 2021.

After you submit your online registration form via MyICE, you will receive the link to your registration page. You can always visit your registration page and order new items and submit your registration again. There you will find your contract with the pro-forma invoice, guidelines, deadlines, requirements and reminders. All important information will be in one place!
