If your company has boats in ownership, or boats in management, then you belong under the fleet operator sector. If your charter company has boats, and is also an agency, you still belong under this section and cannot be categorized as only an agent.

The Fleet Operator visitor pass information:

  • Valid for 3 days of B2B meetings in Marx Halle
  • Valid for 5 days of Handshake matchmaking software. With Handshake you can arrange meetings at Marx Halle (during the expo working hours) or in Vienna venues after the expo (City Meetings).

By holding a Visitor Pass, Fleet Operator can meet with:

  • Shipyards and suppliers (more than 80)
  • Broker agents and tour operators (more than 200)
  • Other fleet operators (more than 200)

During the working hours of the expo in Marx Halle, visitors can arrange meetings in 2 of our large B2B lounges, as well as the exhibitor’s booths.

FAQ

A Fleet Operator is a company that owns or manages charter yachts or has a central booking in yacht charter industry. Even if you have only one boat in your fleet and you are also working as a broker/charter agent, you are a Fleet Operator at ICE.

You can choose between 8, 16 or 35 m2 booth. After your online registration, we will present you with available booth positions according to your preferences defined in your registration.

During the online registration process, there will be a possibility to write a “note to organizer”, including the preferred booth location or area.

The cost of the Fleet Operator Visitor Pass is 500 EUR (VAT is not included). It includes 3 days of B2B meetings at the expo in Marx Halle, and up to 5 days of Vienna City Meetings arranged with Handshake software.

This surcharge is used to subsidize the cost of the vaucher for Marketing Packages for registered Brokers at ICE. It helps us to bring new Brokers with whome you can meet and make new deals. Making the decreased surcharge of 250 € obligatory for all. 

As usual, we take care of every aspect that you might need before, during and after the Expo. We offer extras such as graphics, furniture, finger food and drinks, Handshake account (match making software for arranging B2B meetings), Wi-Fi etc.

Registrations during the expo will not be possible! Registrations are available ONLY through the online platform for registrations, MyICE. The deadline for registration is 7 days before the event.

ICE exhibitors and visitors can get special ICE discounted prices at two hotels in Vienna. Wilhelmshof Hotel Vienna and Roomz Vienna. You can see these options on this link.

Deadline for registration and ordering additional extras is 7 days before ICE. After that period the registration form will be closed. Please note that for ordering furniture it is very important to order items as soon as possible. Some of the furniture might not be available due to limited quantities. If you ordered the graphics package, the deadline for sending ready print files that you would like to use on your booth walls; is the 15th of August.

After you submit your online registration form via MyICE, you will receive the link to your registration page. You can always visit your registration page and order new items and submit your registration again. There you will find your contract with the pro-forma invoice, guidelines, deadlines, requirements and reminders. All important information will be in one place!
However, if you are an exhibitor and have ordered a graphic package, please note that we will need your ready print graphics by August 15th. You can upload them via MyICE, we will review them, and will get back to you.
