Fleet Operators can only participate as DIGITAL EXHIBITORS at ICE'21. If you have boats in ownership or management, you are a Fleet Operator. If you are also an agency, you still belong to this section.
We know that these are challenging times for every Fleet Operator. Our priority is to enable you to connect with brokers and suppliers as all boat shows in Spring 2021 are cancelled, all from the safety of your home.

If you want to stand out with your branding on ICE, select the ˝Graphics˝ item in the registration process and make your Booth unique!
As soon as you do that, our Sales Manager will contact you with the detailed instructions.
If you already have a digital booth from ICE’20, there is no need to order the graphics package as your booth is already set up.

FAQ
A Fleet Operator is a company that owns or manages charter yachts or has a central booking in yacht charter industry. Even if you have only one boat in your fleet and you are also working as a broker/charter agent, you are a Fleet Operator at ICE.
You can choose between a Single, Double, or Premium booth. After your online registration, our Sales Manager for Fleet Operators will present you available booth positions.
Yes, if you are an ICE’20 exhibitor and you want to exhibit again at ICE’21, you need to order a new booth in MyICE registration process. Our team will give you 50% discount on the booth. Graphics on your booth will stay the same. ICE team will upload new PDF brochures and videos if needed, free of charge.

We suggest you take the graphics package. Digital booth has black walls with an ICE logo on them. If you take the graphics package, we can render your unique graphics to the walls of the booth, allowing you to have your own branding.
ICE’20 exhibitors do not need to order the graphics package as the booths are already set up with graphcis from November. If an ICE’20 exhibitor wants new graphics, they should order a new booth. Loyalty discount is not valid in this case.
Registrations during the expo will not be possible. Registrations are available ONLY through the online platform for registrations, MyICE.
Please note there is a limited number of booths available in the digital halls. We recommend you register as soon as you can to ensure that your digital booth will be ready with unique rendered graphics.
Final day to make the registration and send graphics is April 5, 2021. After this date, no more booths will be available for sale.
Booth locations are defined by the type of booth you choose. Premium booths will be in the front, double booths in the middle, and single booths at the back.
We offer extras such as the graphics for the booths, 30 sec. video production, screen share during video meetings, advertising options in the Icebreaker magazine as well as marketing packages. All services that we offer can be found in the pricelist.
Designed graphic materials should be sent not later than April 5, 2021.
After you submit your online registration form via MyICE, you will receive the link to your registration page. You can always visit your registration page and order new items and submit your registration again. There you will find your contract with the pro-forma invoice, guidelines, deadlines, requirements and reminders. All important information will be in one place!
