During the working hours of the expo, visitors can arrange meetings using the matchmaking software in several B2B lounges, as well as the exhibitor’s booths.

FAQ

They include shipyards, marinas, yacht equipment, booking systems/software, insurance, leasing and other suppliers or vendors that are selling products to yacht owners, fleet operators or brokers. As a Supplier, you can participate at ICE’24 as a visitor or exhibitor. 

You can choose between a single booth (8m2), double booth (16m2) or a premium booth (32m2 + 4m2 storage) booth. After your online registration, we will present you with available booth positions in the layout according to your preferences defined in your registration. In addition to the booths, we also offer furntiure sets, TVs and other items which you might need for a successful time at ICE. 

The price of the Supplier Visitor Pass is €700 per company (ex. VAT). It includes 3 days of B2B meetings at the expo at the EXPO Greater Amsterdam. Maximum 5 representatives can be registered with one Visitor Pass. In addition to the Business Visitor Pass, there is the participation fee per representative which is obligatory for each person and includes open bar all three expo days. Also, at least 1 matchmaking software account is obligatory so that you can pre-arrange your meetings in advance. 

Registration is available ONLY through the online booking platform MyICE. After you submit your online registration form, you will receive the contract with the pro-forma invoice. You can always order new items and submit your registration again. 

ICE exhibitors and visitors can benefit from special ICE discounted prices. We have arranged special prices at 2 hotels near the EXPO Greater Amsterdam. Hotels are located in Hoofdort which is very close to the expo. To book your hotels you can use this link. There is a direct bus line from both hotels to the EXPO Greater Amstedam (only 10 minute ride). 

As usual, we take care of every aspect that you might need before, during and after the Expo. We offer extras such as graphics, furniture, open bar and drinks, matchmaking software for arranging B2B meetings, print of business cards etc. We also offer advertising in our yearly magazine which will be distributed at ICE’24, called Icebreaker

Registrations during the expo will not be possible! Registrations are available ONLY through the online platform for registrations, MyICE. The deadline for registration is 10 days before the event.

Deadline for registration and ordering additional extras is October 30, 2024. After that period the registration form will be closed. Please note that for ordering furniture it is very important to order items as soon as possible. Some of the furniture might not be available due to limited quantities. If you ordered the graphics package, the deadline for sending ready print files that you would like to use on your booth walls; is the 15th of October.

After you submit your online registration form via MyICE, you will receive the link to your registration page. You can always visit your registration page and order new items and submit your registration again. There you will find your contract with the pro-forma invoice, guidelines, deadlines, requirements and reminders. All important information will be in one place!
However, if you are an exhibitor and have ordered a graphic package for your booth, please note that we will need your ready print graphics by October 15th.
