How to choose your variation
▶ NEW print — your artwork printed on stretch fabric; delivered to the venue and installed on the booth walls by the ICE team — printing, delivery and setup are all included. Design is done by exbihibtor and delivered until 1st of Sept.
⚠ IMPORTANT — REUSE is available ONLY for companies that had THE SAME booth type AND THE SAME variation at ICE’25 AND who have safely stored their stretch-fabric graphics themselves. ICE does NOT store graphics between editions. If you did not exhibit at ICE’25, or if you switched booth type/variation, you must order new printed graphics.

The Single booth Graphics package transforms the standard booth walls into a fully branded environment. Your artwork is printed on premium stretch fabric, delivered to Amsterdam and installed by the ICE team — all included in the price.
Choosing your variation
Single booth Graphics comes in two variations: a **NEW print** (€999) or a **REUSE** option (€499.50) for companies re-using their ICE'25 graphics.
Reusability
All printed fabric is reusable for future ICE editions, but storage between editions is the exhibitor's responsibility — ICE does NOT store graphics for the next edition.
REUSE eligibility
The REUSE variation is available **only** to companies that:
▶ Had the **same booth type** (Single) at ICE'25, and
▶ Had the **same variation** (Left or Right) at ICE'25, and
▶ Have **safely stored** their ICE'25 stretch fabric.
To ensure your graphics are ready for installation, they must be shipped to Amsterdam and received by our team 1 to 2 months before the show.
If any of these conditions is not met, you must order a new print. The ICE team will verify eligibility when processing your order.
