How to choose your variation
▶ Peripheral vs Central — refers to the booth’s position on the expo floor. Central booths are in the busiest part of the hall; peripheral booths sit along the outer rows.

The Double booth is a 16 sqm turnkey exhibition space (4 m × 4 m) that comes fully built with walls, carpet, lighting, electricity, an optional storage area and a name board displaying your company brand.

Double booths come in two variations based on **location**.

▶ Double Booth Peripheral — 4,620 EUR
▶ Double Booth Central — 5,020 EUR
**Recommended for:** companies that need room to host meetings, display fleet visuals and welcome partners without feeling crowded.
What is NOT included
▶ **Wall branding / graphics** — booth walls are plain. To brand them with your artwork, order the Double Booth Graphics package separately.
▶ **Furniture** — sold separately (see Booth Furniture & Extras).
▶ **TV, fridge and other booth extras** — sold separately.
For a fully branded booth, we recommend ordering the Double Booth Graphics package alongside your booth.
Broker Surcharge included
Your purchase includes a contribution to the Broker Surcharge — an industry contribution that subsidises charter brokers' attendance, bringing more buyers to the expo floor. Already covered, no extra step needed.
